If I compare you with other organisations I have worked with …these are my experiences You handle every parent and solve their queries and thats not an easy task ….. We have flexible class timings , you never disapprove leaves , postively open to feedbacks , value our time ,no long meetings , no extra classes if students are not available because of their own reasons, zero work pressure and lot more …. Most important-our only work is to teach and not asking everyone to join us or do sales or marketing 🙂 I can never find any organisation which is flexible like ours. In return , we just have to be responsible , give our best in teaching, and follow certain guidelines🤗
